Cancellation of the Contract
If you are not entirely happy with the items supplied against any order, you have the right in law to cancel this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. You will receive a refund of the purchase price you have paid to us, when the goods are returned to us.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and they must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging. If the goods are not returned to us in a saleable condition, we are entitled to make a deduction from the purchase price. This is to cover the loss in value of the goods supplied to you, due to, for example, any unnecessary handling of or damage to the goods and packaging, by you.
This cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of goods delivered to you in separate consignments, the cancellation period expires when you acquire possession of the last of those consignments.
We will make the refund without undue delay, and not later than -
The refund will be made by the same means of payment which you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Woodworks Craft Supplies Limited, Top House, Mynydd Allt Tir Fach, Llanvaches, Caldicot, NP26 3AZ, firstname.lastname@example.org 01633 400847 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement i.e. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail. You may also download our returns/cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
