Woodworks Craft Supplies are a UK registered company, based in South Wales and we offer a range of carving, craft, pyrography and toy making supplies online only, we do not have retail premises.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our main pages and click on the picture of the item you want to look at, and it will take you to the product page. To buy this item, at the bottom of the page, where it says "Quantity", just put in the quantity you want and press the "ADD TO CART" button shown alongside. After you have finished adding your items to the shopping cart just click on the "cart contents" tab at the top of the page. At this point you can easily change quantities, delete items from your cart, continue shopping or checkout, but don’t forget whenever you change the quantities click on the "Update" button for the changes to take effect.

After pressing the Checkout button you will be prompted to sign in, create an account or just checkout without an account, whichever you prefer. You can now complete your order using either credit card, UK debit card or PayPal. When the order is complete you will be sent an email confirming your order, and another email once it is being processed and finally an email once it has been dispatched.

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and PayPal as forms of payment. All transactions will be charged in UK pounds and will be shown on your credit card statement in your local currency. Please note that all prices include VAT and the transaction will appear on your statement as Woodworks Craft Supplies.

Shipping
We now offer free shipping on most U.K. Mainland orders over £20.00, using a Royal Mail 48HR Tracked Service, however some of the heavier orders to certain postcodes may carry a surcharge, but wherever possible we do try and avoid these.

We do also offer a 24 hour carrier service.

All non UK orders are sent via International Air Mail or carrier, but we do ask you to contact us for a quotation before processing your order.

Additional postage charges may apply to the following areas:-
Scottish postcodes AB, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 and above, TR21-25 and ZE. Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles and all other Islands off the mainland. These additional charges, if required, will be calculated by location and weight, however we do try and avoid these where possible.

For any overseas orders please contact us for a quotation.

Delivery schedule
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 days, however this is not always possible, but we should certainly dispatch within 5 days.

Smaller orders are sent via the Royal Mail using a tracked service, and delivery usually takes 2-3 working days (from date of posting). If you have not received your parcel within this time we suggest you firstly contact the Royal Mail directly (either your local sorting office or Local post office) to ensure they are not holding a package for you, this is often the case where items are too large for your letterbox. Please be aware that we need to wait 15 Working days (Monday - Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays) before being able to report any item to the Royal Mail as being lost, or to re-issue any item.

For larger orders, or if you select the £8.95 option we use a carrier service who will attempt to deliver a next day service to you, but depending on your address please allow two to three working days for your orders to arrive.

The Carrier service we use to deliver our goods to you will require a signature upon delivery. If you are happy for your order be left safe or with a neighbour please advise us at time of order and we will pass on these instructions to the delivery company, however this does then invalidate any claim if an order is not received.

If an order is unable to be delivered our carrier service will notify you and will attempt a re-delivery, but if this is again unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we have to reserve the right to charge an additional carriage fee to meet any additional costs we might have incurred.

If you refuse to accept an order from our delivery service, any charges incurred will be taken from any refunds.

After 15 working days have passed from the date of issue, if you have still not received your parcel, please contact us and we will submit a claim to the Royal Mail.

In order to make any claim your address must be 100% complete and postcode must be 100% correct with no errors, any errors or omissions will result in any claim been rejected.

Back orders
If any item from your order is not in stock, we will back order it for you, and send it as soon as it arrives.
