About Us
Woodworks Craft Supplies are a UK based company offering a range of carving, craft, pyrography and toy making supplies online only, we do not have retail premises.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our main pages and click on the picture of the item you want to look at, and it will take you to the product page. To buy this item, at the bottom of the page, where it says “Quantity”, just put in the quantity you want and press the “ADD TO CART” button shown alongside.   After you have finished adding your items to the shopping cart just click on the “cart contents” tab at the top of the page. At this point you can easily change quantities, delete items from your cart, continue shopping or checkout, but don’t forget whenever you change the quantities click on the “Update” button for the changes to take effect.

After pressing the Checkout button you will be prompted to sign in, create an account or just checkout without an account, whichever you prefer. You can now complete your order using either credit card, UK debit card or PayPal. When the order is complete you will be sent an email confirming your order, and another email once it is being processed and finally an email once it has been dispatched.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Maestro as forms of payment. All transactions will be charged in UK pounds and will be shown on your credit card statement in your local currency. Please note that all prices include VAT and the transaction will appear on your statement as Woodworks Craft Supplies.

Security
The Woodworks Craft Supplies website utilises a Verisign certified SSL security e-commerce system. This ensures that all payment details are encrypted so that they can be sent to us in a 100% safe way.

Shipping
Due to the huge increase being imposed by the Royal Mail, we have found it necessary to increase our shipping charges. In an effort to try and help we have changed our order value banding. All purchases are dispatched either via first class post or by parcel courier. All non UK orders are sent via International Air Mail. U.K. mainland shipping charges are shown below:-

Additional postage charges may apply to the to the following areas:-
Scottish postcodes AB, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 and above, TR21-25 and ZE. Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles and all other Islands off the mainland.
Additional charges will be calculated by location and weight.

Delivery schedule
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours, however this is not always possible, but we should certainly dispatch within 3 days. We will notify you by email if there is a problem with your order. Please contact us if you have not received it within 10 working days.

Back orders
If any item from your order is not in stock, we will back order it for you, and send it as soon as it arrives.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with the items supplied against any order, simply return them, within 7 working days, for either an exchange or a refund. Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and they must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging.
